purchased may be required to pay up to a 50% deposit of the total balance to secure both product and diary time. In the event of a cancellation a full refund may be given if we can do so ourselves in
good time prior to any delivery of goods made. For any products that have already been placed on order that can no longer be cancelled will incur charges calculated by DCM Audio
for any items not returnable to our suppliers or postage cost and restocking charges ect.
All products remain the property of DCM Audio and our suppliers until payment has been made in full, therefore any balance due on the date of installation will be
required in full on completion that very same day unless a payment term agreement has been agreed.
Any warranty problems notified within 30 days of installation will receive a revisit at our earliest available time to either resolve or arrange replacement of any faulty
goods. Goods out side the 30 day period will be sent back to our suppliers for a advance replacement or repair at there own discretion.
For any issues raised not caused by any fault of ours or products supplied will be charged accordingly.
No warranty can be given for any goods provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for any goods provided by themselves, therefore we can not be held

Our liability to you shall not in any event include losses related to any business of yours such as loss of profits or business interruption including time out of work,
neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these terms and conditions or our legal duties.
