Our normal opening hours are between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Saturday. Messages can be left on the answer phone out side those hours and we will return any calls the following working day with the exclusion of text messages and email enquiries we may respond up until 9pm.
All order’s where products are purchased may be required to pay up to a 50% deposit of the total balance to secure both product and diary time. In the event of a cancellation a full refund may be given if we can do so ourselves in good time prior to any delivery of goods made.  For any products that have already been placed on order that can no longer be cancelled will incur charges calculated by DCM Audio for any items not returnable to our suppliers or postage cost and restocking charges  ect. 

All products remain the property of DCM Audio and our suppliers until payment has been made in full, therefore any balance due on the date of installation will be required in full on completion that very same day unless a payment term agreement has been agreed.

Any warranty problems notified within 30 days of installation will receive a revisit at our earliest available time to either resolve or arrange replacement of any faulty goods. Goods out side the 30 day period will be sent back to our suppliers for a advance replacement or repair at there own discretion. 

For any issues raised not caused by any fault of ours or products supplied will be charged accordingly.

No warranty can be given for any goods provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for any goods provided by themselves, therefore we can not be held responsible for any faults that may occur with the product or the vehicle that the customer has supplied. No warranty can be given from us for any goods provided by the customer 

We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This includes jobs cancelled due to non delivery of goods or bad weather

Our liability to you shall not in any event include losses related to any business of yours such as loss of profits or business interruption including time out of work, neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these terms and conditions or our legal duties.

Darren has done various electrical work for me including rewiring my campervan, fitting LED under van and footwell lighting, fitting daylight running lights, sorting out my van DVD player and fitting extra speakers - he also sorted out problems with a rear view camera in another vehicle with all work completed on time and on budget quickly and easily without fuss. I have no hesitation recommending Darren and DCM Audio!

A massive massive thank you to Darren at DCM Audio for the hard work and advice for the audio in my van. From building me a custom subwoofer box that fits perfect and tidy in my van without compromising any space in the cabin. He supplied and fitted a new set of good quality door speakers, and supplied a 6inch JL AUDIO sub, and worked out the perfect dimensions to make the sounds perfect. I can't fault his work in any way. Just had DCM Audio over to fit an aux in for my Ford Focus and wanted to say I'm very happy with the price and service. Simple job, but completed very professionally, quickly, and he even offered to remove some old kit that I didn't want anymore.
